The Recipes
Here you will find each of the recipes for our curious confections. Enjoy!
Alligator Affogato
Ingredients:
- 2 cups alligator milk (or cow milk if you live in a realm without lactating alligators)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup moon dust sugar
- Essence of gator’s breath
- Pinch of salt
- 2 shots of wand-conjured espresso
- Small alligator figurine
Instructions:
- Under a full moon, combine alligator milk, heavy cream, moon dust sugar, essence of gator’s breath, and salt in a cauldron over a fire made from whispering willow wood. Stir until simmering.
- Let the mixture cool under the moonlight, or use a chilling spell.
- Using an enchanted ice cream maker or the old slightly rusted one your grandmother gave you, churn the mixture until it reaches a gelato-like consistency.
- Pour two shots of wand-conjured espresso over the gelato and garnish with a small alligator figurine or even a living miniature alligator!
- Enjoy your Alligator Affogato with caution, for it holds the magic of the bayou and the power of the witch who created it. Made poorly will surely end with a bite!
